A Japanese-inspired garden sanctuary designed for a minimalist lifestyle, the interior is given a modern translation of Zen philosophy into the living spaces. Neutral palettes of white and natural light wood texture are to calm one’s senses. The positive energy flows without an obstructed view, outlined in an open-plan circulation and a double-volume space with natural lighting and cross ventilation at the living and dining space.
The clean, gentle lines work wonders as the latticework at the foyer runs along the wall as a welcoming feature with an integrated garden along with a shoe storage and a sitting spot. Keeping things versatile and practical to maximise space, the aesthetically kitchen cabinet is one in-built solution to acclaim for its hidden door feature that enters into a concealed tea room.

Keeping its streamlined approach, the abode features modernity as well as opulence in every way without neglecting aesthetic and functionality. Filled with plenty of warmth neutrals, the interior is made up with a substantial mix of natural materials; dark wooden hues, brownish, white and grey stone textures, fine marble combination to the interior detailings, along with leather furnished furniture.
Brightly-lit with a stark, high-volume luxury to boot; the geometric forms, elements and patterns boast in gold accents and linings, while sleek surfaces and sculptural lighting fixtures graced the ambience in such lavishness yet harmoniously balanced all together. Made to impress, the entertainment room is one space that is above and beyond from the rest.

Old and out of place, this residence calls for a makeover, where the layout plans are relooked into and redesigned into a contemporary luxury yet modern address. Displaying spaciousness, the interior sticks to a base colour palette of white, black and grey, fused with wooden tones. The design details are composed of a combination of straight and curved lines, creating fluidity and geometric variations to the contemporary and modern taste.
Not to mention, the organic silhouette furniture selection gorgeously sets the scene with its subtle colours of blush and greyish blue. Meanwhile, the sculptural lightings, modern art pieces, paintings, gold accents and interestingly, the use of mosses as decorative is an enhanced statement piece as a whole—quintessential, like no other.
